I recently had the pleasure of experiencing truly outstanding service working with Promos911. From the moment I first contacted them, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my needs were not only met but exceeded in every way possible. I had worked with them for a few months getting products before I dropped a last-minute order with an unreasonable deadline. Even though no promises were made, the team worked around the clock to not only fulfill my custom order, but they got it delivered to me a few days before my deadline. My boss was very happy with the product we received and so was the recipients of the merchandise. The staff's knowledge and expertise were impressive, and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had. They took the time to understand my requirements and provided solutions that perfectly suited my needs. I felt valued as a customer, and that personal touch made me feel like a VIP. What stood out the most was the level of attentiveness and care they showed throughout the entire process. They were always proactive in keeping me informed and ensuring everything was running smoothly. The quality of their products/services is top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The results far surpassed my expectations, and it's all thanks to the exceptional service provided. Just fantastic! My Chief came to me and needed 500 towels in 5 days which is a big task. Erin was able to find a vendor and get the towels to me on time! Incredible effort! She sent me shipping information and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I will absolutely use Promos 911 again. Thank you so much, Erin for your effort and help. You could not have been better to us here at Greater Naples Fire Rescue!
